To better serve their customers, the famous website of the same name and the Parisian distribution chain 3C – CHÂTEAUX CASH & CARRY, both owned by Bordeaux wine merchant DUCLOT, have just merged their expertise under the unique CHATEAUNET brand.
The stores have been given a new look, while the website, with its streamlined design, offers new ergonomic functionalities. Whether in-store or online, enthusiasts now have access to the same products at the same prices, with the same quality of service.
As one of the very first players in the online wine trade, CHATEAUNET quickly became one of the favorite addresses of Internet users who love the great wines of Bordeaux, and then progressively integrated a specialized selection of wines from other French and foreign vineyards, as well as spirits. …
Two 1,000 m2 warehouses just outside Paris (see addresses and map at the end of this dossier), with 300,000 bottles in stock and experienced sommeliers to advise customers. While wishing to preserve the prestige of their selection and their other guarantees of origin, the site and the stores entered 2014 with the shared ambition of offering their customers a better service… A natural and beneficial synergy between the two entities is therefore born today. Thanks to the new Internet-store synergy, customers now have the choice of picking up their order: either have it shipped (from €8.90) anywhere in France via one of CHATEAUNET’s service providers, or avoid shipping costs by picking up their wines themselves thanks to the new “drive” service offered by the two stores in Malakoff (92) and Saint-Denis (93), and directly from our warehouse in Martignas (33).
The CHATEAUNET team maintains privileged contact with its customers, available by telephone, email and chat (instant messaging). Our sommeliers offer a full range of services: choosing a wine to drink, keep or offer as a gift, information on the best time to drink a wine or the need to decant it, and order follow-up. As true wine experts, they have all the answers! And, of course, they are available all year round in our stores.
