Joe Bates, Sid Bryan and Cozette McCreery play with materials to give classic pieces a new look. Knitwear is omnipresent, taking on different aspects, even inviting itself onto latex, or drawing original patterns. A suit takes on new life in tweed and lurex knit, a straight dress is encrusted with knitted ornamentation, and a few references to Stephen Sprouse’s work lend an “arty” touch to certain pieces. The colors are a reflection of the collection, energetic and vitamin-rich, sometimes daring to mix even the most incongruous.
