Every Saturday and Sunday, Pastry Chef Michaël Bartocetti’s “L’Heure du Goûter” celebrates a genuine French ritual and a moment dear to the hearts of children and adults alike: the afternoon snack! Drawing on his childhood memories, he has created a superb buffet of traditional and gourmet French pastries that play on both textures and flavors for a fireworks display for the taste buds.
