Didier Casaguana, of Les Fresques restaurant at Château des Vigiers earns his 1st Etoile in the 2014 Michelin Guide. Les Fresques thus becomes the 10th starred restaurant in the Dordogne. Didier Casaguana has been at the helm of this fine gourmet restaurant for 6 years (and at Château des Vigiers for 12), sharing his love of local produce with the same passion, and offering his guests the very best products from his loyal producers.
Didier shares this star with his entire team, his second-in-command Frédéric Leclet and all his producers, who have given him so much over the years!
La Table des Fresques will be open from April 10, with a new menu to welcome all lovers of gastronomy and the art of living in a unique and magical setting in the Dordogne.
