This year, Instagram treated its community to some extraordinary Fashion Weeks. Thanks to the industry’s most influential personalities and their various publications, Instagram was present at every fashion show and backstage, much to the delight of our community members.
A total of 64 million members of the fashion community interacted on Instagram around the various Fashion Weeks, from Paris, New York, London or Milan, between February 9 and March 7, 2017. They generated 387 million likes, comments, Stories or publications.
New York Fashion Week saw the most interactions, and Milan Fashion Week produced the most Instagram Stories.
Millennials were 1.3 times more engaged with Fashion Weeks than other age groups.
