Véronique Nichanian presented a graphic, poetic and vital summer collection for Hermès in the courtyard of the Couvent des Cordeliers. A wardrobe that indulges in a few whimsical touches, mixing florals with stripes, and featuring screen-printed rose motifs on velvet calfskin tops or blends of silk twill and métis. The silhouette is supple and sophisticated, with luminous colors that evoke summer, sunshine and the seaside. The comfort of narrow or wide pants with elasticated waistbands or contrasting lapels, printed side-edge T-shirts and jackets or hooded sweatshirts, short-sleeved funnel-neck sweaters, make up an elegant, nonchalant wardrobe of discreet luxury. A reversible two-button jacket in cotton jacquard with flowers and navy stripes, or a jacket in striped snakeskin, prove once again the quality of the materials and the craftsmanship of this house.
