The town, which has been a “classified tourist resort” since 2014, boasts a sunshine rate that would make any tourist in destination “France” gleam: 2nd sunniest commune in the country in terms of the number of days recorded by Météo France in 2013. This exceptional situation is enhanced by all the players in the city and the agglomeration community, who are working together in an unprecedented drive to develop Toulon as a destination.
Reaching an average price of €150, the group recorded an increase of over 50% in the reservation portfolio in 2015. An unprecedented situation that augurs well for the tourist season.
An ever-expanding cultural offering, a Mediterranean village atmosphere, a multitude of small, crowded “cantines” and authentic Provencal markets, a breathtaking bay that is both grandiose and home to adorable coves with turquoise waters to explore on a paddle or warm rocks to bask in the sun, kilometers of hiking trails through the vineyards, mountains (Faron, Baou, Caume or Coudon…) with remarkable viewpoints…
