Through specific distribution, but also thanks to a unique taste, designed for both feminine palates with “Rosé One” and masculine palates with “Dark One”.
Didier Mariotto – Chef de Caves de la Maison Mumm – has chosen a dosage of 16 grams of sugar per liter and the presence of Pinot Meunier, which gives both references an unprecedented roundness.
Maison G.H.Mumm highlights its avant-garde character with a breakthrough design – black carbon effect for the “Dark One” cuvée and pink carbon for the “Rosé One” cuvée.
“Dark One” is dominated by Pinot Meunier (60%), appreciated for its fruitiness and liveliness. Pinot Noir (30%) adds a rich, fruity, racy aroma.
The final note is set by the Chardonnay (10%), which sets the “La” with finesse.
On the palate, notes of fresh apricot, mirabelle plum, white fruit (pear, apple) and exotic fruit offer sweetness and freshness well into the night.

The “Rosé One” cuvée has tangy notes of red berries, redcurrant, strawberry and pink grapefruit, complemented by floral notes. This balanced, delicate structure makes for a clean mouthfeel.
The cuvée is distinguished by its roundness and lightness, resulting from a blend of Pinot Noir (60%), Pinot Meunier (18%) and Chardonnay (22%).
Like the House of Mumm, distribution of the “N°1” range is reserved for emblematic night-time establishments such as the Chalet Mumm at La Folie Douce in Val d’Isère, as well as in Méribel, Megève, the Très Honoré in Paris, the Imprévu in Lyon and the Duplex in Biarritz.
