The Polo Ralph Lauren Foundation launches its #PinkPonyPromise program on social networks for the first time. The goal: to raise $1 million for medically underserved communities and cancer institutions.
Until October 31, Ralph Lauren involves you in the fight against cancer. How do you do it? Well, it’s simple: the #PinkPonyPromise program invites you to take part and share your own message of hope, health, prevention and encouragement for people with cancer.
“Husbands, wives, parents, sisters, brothers and friends: when a loved one suffers from cancer, we are all affected. The Pink Pony Fund embodies our fight against cancer and our efforts to advance this cause worldwide. .”
Ralph Lauren
To share your message, all you have to do is post a photo showing the promise you’re making to yourself to participate directly, or indirectly, in the fight against cancer. You can share this photo on social networks such as Twitter, Instagram or RalphLauren.com/PinkPonyPromise followed by the hashtag #PinkPonyPromise.
Selected photos and pledges will appear on the brand’s website.
For every photo you post, the Pink Pony Promise Fund will donate $10 to cancer charities. What’s more, you’ll be able to identify up to five people in your photo, in the knowledge that one identified person is worth $1.
Funds raised through the #PinkPonyPromise program will go to the Ralph Lauren Center for Cancer Care and Prevention and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
