Yesterday, Luxsure discovered Le Jardin, Délices et Merveilles, a delicatessen and greengrocer located at 34, rue du Docteur Blanche in the 16th arrondissement of Paris.

Opened on April 10 in a former bookshop, the grocery store has kept its large shelves, where jams, pâtés and fine wines now take pride of place. The aim of the two founders is to promote producers who create in France, and to showcase craftsmanship. Almost 100% of the products are French (the exception being exotic fruits).

The vegetables, 40% of which come from the Ile-de-France region, are of outstanding quality. The emphasis is on original varieties, such as Champignons de Paris, which come from the last mushroom farm in the Paris region!

Every day, Le Jardin makes it a point of honor to offer fresh, ready-to-eat products, so you can choose from three soups of the day, fresh fruit juices, vegetable dishes and, last but not least, purees and compotes made, it should be noted, with no added sugar.

On the grocery side, you’ll find mouth-watering cakes and jams, all sourced from small-scale producers and made using traditional methods. You’ll also find wines, delicious crème de cassis, honeys and oils.

Last but not least, Le Jardin has made room for the arts of the table, with a range of decorative objects available. From porcelain to notebooks for keeping wine inventories and table plans!

Le Jardin Délices et Merveilles has everything it takes to become a must-visit address in the neighborhood!
