LE LEBEY des BISTROTS 2013

Over 440 establishments visited at least once during the year, with, for the first time, the top 40
bistrots in Brussels. A selection that’s sure to make news.
For 27 years, Lebey des Bistrots has been the only guide dedicated solely to bistros.
What’s new for 2013?
– Brussels, the other French-speaking capital of European gastronomy.
– More than 440 addresses (400 in 2012, 390 in 2011 and 360 in 2010) and a more draconian selection
each year: only 32 bistros are rewarded this year from
the supreme note (three Cocottes).
– After Pétillon in 2011, Hélène Tran in 2012, Anne-Charlotte Menegaux signs the cover illustration this year. Combining illustrations and photographs, she brings the magic of bistros to life with undeniable talent: collectors are already enjoying this new version of the Lebey bistro saga.
