Lollipops by Miss Kittin

March 31, 2010, a cosy but ephemeral apartment in the heart of the Montorgueil district. Dressing code: none, except for being glamorous. Color code: clearly given from the doorway: pink, black and red. And champagne of course. The evening can thus begin…

Under the musical atmosphere of DJ Rachel, Jeff and I discover the new Lollipops capsule collection inspired by Miss Kittin. This collection planned for the next school year is a real incursion into the world of the famous DJette. All the fashion accessories appreciated by Miss Kittin are present: CD holder, cap gavroche, shoes (low boots, ballerinas) and of course handbags, small leather goods and hair accessories… The lightning and the heart as a leitmotiv on all the pieces.

This collection was born from the chance meeting of Marjorie Mathieu, the creator of Lollipops, and Miss Kittin at a Parisian party. During the evening, they discuss, discover a common passion – rosé champagne – and share their ideas. A few months later, the capsule collection of “Burlesque and Rockabilly” accessories was born: leather and fabric bags with heart, lightning bolt or even cat embroidery, and with colorful and joyful patterns still on the pink, red and black color code but at very low prices (from 15 to 199 euros).

The pieces that stand out: the famous bag to carry your bottle of champagne (preferably rosé) and the CD holder with its giant heart-shaped embroidery, both with chain handle with couture detail.

The Lollipops by Miss Kittin collection will be launched in September 2010 in all Lollipops stores in France.
