Last Thursday, Shy’m and Marco Verratti accepted the invitation of Massimo Carraro, CEO of the Morellato Group.
It was at Motor Village, a resolutely Italian setting in the Golden Triangle, that journalists and influencers gathered to discover the exclusive new Epoca Squelette automatic watch.
Elegance meets mechanics in the new automatic skeleton watch from the Epoca collection by Maserati, the iconic Italian brand of luxury sports cars.
The design of the entire line is inspired by the sophisticated 1957 Maserati 3500 GT, an example of style and mechanics.
The vintage touch is evident in every detail. The trident logo on the dial rediscovers the famous brand symbol in the version that appeared on the first Maserati car, the Tipo 26 of 1926. The dial takes up the domed shape typical of mechanical watches of the 40’s and 50’s, and the curve of the handle evokes the profile of the Maserati car. The “onion” crown also has a resolutely retro look.
A perfect marriage of technical performance and incomparable style that celebrates Maserati’s DNA and history through the typical characteristics of fine watchmaking.
The dial reveals the precious mechanical self-winding skeleton movement and the refined components that keep the watch running. The Milanese mesh defines the wrist and enhances the vintage look that transforms into a contemporary lifestyle.
Rose gold details on the bezel and raised hour-markers enhance the new Epoca “time marker”, an example of watchmaking mastery and at the same time an expression of discreet, never overdone elegance.
