Autumn brunch at the Hyatt Regency Etoile

On Saturdays and Sundays until December 14, 2014, the Hyatt Eegency Etoile restaurant is offering an autumn-flavored brunch.

In a more than pleasant setting, this brunch offers a rich choice with a buffet of mini viennoiseries, charcuterie, French cheeses, self-created salads and classic starters, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages.

Here’s a must: an assortment of cold cuts paired with a variety of cheeses.

 

In addition to the buffet, we also have the option of choosing a beautifully presented seasonal main course: in this case, duck with pumpkin, bringing a touch of autumn with its color and flavor.

To round things off on a high note, we offer a number of hearty desserts, including autumn fruit tarts such as pecan, orange and classic pear and apple tarts.

A glass of Champagne Roederer Brut Premier is graciously offered by the house, then you can choose from many fresh fruit juices of the day followed by the hot drink of your choice, a great way to start the week!
