The new meeting place for gourmets

Since 1903, Maison Angelina has been the Mecca of Parisian gourmet pleasures and French art de vivre. It has delighted the world with its light, refined pastries, whose secrets and expertise have been handed down from generation to generation. Among these famous creations is the famous Mont-Blanc, a dome of chestnut cream vermicelli with a heart of meringue and light Chantilly. Thousands of these pastries are sold every day in France.

Maison Angelina now honors its muse with the creation of Mont-Blanc Day.

So on November 5th, at the Rue de Rivoli tea room, the first edition of a new chic and gourmet annual ritual will take place, allowing novices and connoisseurs alike to taste Mont-Blanc and its variations!

As part of Mont Blanc Day, Maison Angelina has launched a competition for budding pastry chefs entitled “Imagine your Mont Blanc”.
The principle is simple: while respecting the codes of the classic version, creative pastry chefs can propose their own Mont-Blanc recipe. The “amateur recipe” that most appealed to Maison Angelina’s pastry chefs, and which they will make exclusively on November 5, is the “Mont-Blanc Passion-Coco”.
The budding pastry chef from Paris had the gourmet idea of mixing a passion fruit heart coulant and a light coconut chantilly with the famous chestnut cream vermicelli, which he sprinkles with coconut shavings.
