Artisan de la Truffe is opening its 2nd Parisian boutique on the 3rd floor of the BHV Marais, and we had the pleasure of testing out this new location.
With a rich, demanding and easy-to-use offering, Artisan de la Truffe caters for lovers of the noble tuber, whether novices or more experienced enthusiasts.The Artisan de la Truffe range offers a wide choice for every taste: delicatessen products, fresh-cut products, different varieties of fresh truffle or ready-made dishes to enjoy on the spot.
It’s a pleasant, refined culinary stopover.
Dressed in noble, raw materials such as brick, slate, solid oak and Zimbabwean black granite, Artisan de la Truffe Marais offers an elegant, contemporary and warm atmosphere, conducive to feasting on generous plates with authentic recipes.
Table d’hôte, tasting at the counter, some 30 seats welcome you from Monday to Saturday.
The on-site menu highlights the exquisite flavor of truffles: truffle pizzetta (a recipe exclusive to BHV MARAIS), truffle brouillade or summer truffle ravioli and risotto. To end the meal on a truffle note, try the assortment of truffled cheeses or the farmhouse fromage blanc with summer truffle honey and hazelnut slivers. We really enjoyed it.

For epicurean cooks, Artisan de la Truffe is developing a range of fine grocery products and fresh-cut produce.
Truffle-flavored Guérande salt, black truffle-flavored olive oil in partnership with Château d’Estoublon, and truffle-flavored buttercream are the basics to have in your cupboard! A pinch of truffle-flavored Guérande salt on an omelet, a spritz of truffle-flavored olive oil on a plate of pasta, or a dab of truffle-flavored Crème de beurre on toasted bread, make these dishes sublime.
The fresh section of Artisan de la Truffe Marais is stocked with truffled cheeses, foie gras, saucisson, boudin blanc, tarama… and fresh truffles, sold by the kilo. Aficionados can buy the famous Mélanosporum or seasonal truffles.
