Original atmosphere: the Jacquemus autumn-winter 2015/16 collection was unveiled in a Parisian apartment undergoing renovation. From the very first passages, designer Simon Porte Jacquemus imposed his personal vision of fashion always in relation to childhood. The silhouette is constructed from a patchwork of materials. His obsession with the round is reflected in the large eyelets that serve as fasteners. Materials inspire new volumes and shapes. No ornamentation, just simplicity. The Jacquemus woman grows up and assumes her nudity, even if she hides behind a mask.
