The Swiss watchmaker expands its True collection and introduces two new shades
Rado’s latest range gives a bold boost to the new True collection, which is clothed in sublime colored high-tech ceramics. The elegant chocolate-brown wristwatches are now joined by two new watches in two new shades: navy blue and dark green.
Thanks to this trio of colors, the simplicity of the classic round shape of the Rado True is available in its most colorful interpretation. This sporty, lightweight timepiece with a 40 mm monoblock high-tech ceramic case is fastened to the wrist with a NATO bracelet. This chic accessory is the perfect accompaniment to a tennis racket or a suit.
The Rado True chocolate brown version brings warm, natural colors and a variety of flesh tones alongside the equally captivating new color innovations, blue and green. Stand out with the royal navy blue model, or make others green with envy with the forest-colored True.
These colorful timepieces offer the same benefits as Rado’s other high-tech ceramic watches. In addition to being hypoallergenic, high-tech ceramic is also known for its incredible union of hardness and lightness. In fact, it is 500% harder than steel and 25% lighter.

Multicolored works of art
Rado was the first to use high-tech ceramics in the world of watchmaking, first in gloss black with the emblematic Rado Integral. Advances in technology, combined with constant innovation, have created an ever-expanding palette of colors: immaculate white, smoky gray, metallic plasma, chocolate brown, and now deep blue and British Racing Green.
Colored high-tech ceramics are created by fusing separate compounds during the sintering process, a stage in which the ceramic components shrink and reach their full density when fired in a special high-temperature furnace. While color uniformity has always represented a real challenge, Rado has successfully met this challenge thanks to its know-how. Today, high-tech ceramics come in a prismatic palette of seven colors, proving once again the brand’s exceptional mastery of materials.
