To celebrate its 25th anniversary, the Maison Blanche restaurant is launching Manifesto, a limited-edition collection of traditional jams. Three gourmet recipes, original and refined, with delicately perfumed notes, combining AOC fruits from the French terroir and noble spices from the four corners of the world.

Baked in a copper cauldron and skimmed by hand, Manifesto by Maison Blanche jams are a faithful recreation of the old-fashioned, home-made
jams, made from noble, AOC, organic fruit picked when ripe.
Pastry chef Paul Donore has carefully selected Mirabelle plums from Lorraine, rabbit cherries from Spain and black figs from Solliès, along with spices from the 4 corners of the globe: Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar and ginger, as well as a local Alsatian liqueur, Eau de Vie. Each jam comes in its own numbered black box. The jars look as if they’ve stepped straight out of the French pomology notebooks of the late 19th century. Their elegance and nobility reflect all the richness and flavor of our jams.
N°1, Mirabelles de Lorraine and Eau de Vie d’Alsace. A few drops of Eau de Vie d’Alsace poured into the copper cauldron reinforce the tangy, sweet note of Mirabelles de Lorraine…
N°2, Cherries and Bourbon Vanilla Bean: The firm, juicy, sweet flesh of Spanish black cherries blends perfectly with Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. A delicate, fruity jam, enhanced by the subtle, sweet aromas of vanilla.
N°3,
Figues Noires de Solliès Gingembre frais A marriage of Figue Noire de Solliès and freshly grated ginger, the sun-drenched fruit of southern France and the spice widely consumed in Asia. An accent from the South of France accompanied by the Asian floral notes of fresh ginger.
