To celebrate the opening of its new Paris boutique in the Faubourg Saint-Honoré in December 2015, Baccarat will light up the prestigious street with a dozen of the brand’s iconic chandeliers as part of the Christmas illuminations from November 17, 2015.

To create this exceptional journey of light, Baccarat will present chandeliers ranging from 18 to 24 lights, from the Mille-nuits or gold chandelier to the Zenith icon in all weathers: In a new interpretation of this iconic chandelier, the ZenithCharleston is adorned with a champagne-colored drape; reinterpreted by Philippe Starck, the Zenith Flou je te vois flou plays between matte and shiny crystal, evoking the softness of a feminine boudoir; the Zenith Comete and Solstice Comete chandeliers set the night ablaze with their unexpected LED lighting; finally, the Zenith chandelier in red and clear crystal, created for the 250th anniversary of the manufacture, radiates timeless strength and increases tenfold its red octagonal tassel, a Baccarat signature.

To accompany this exceptional illumination, 7 chandeliers will also light up the first-floor windows of the brand’s new address, opposite the Hôtel le Bristol, with their unique splendor.

Baccarat was the first crystal manufacturer to introduce chandeliers in the early 19th century, and has been creating a new alphabet of light, illuminating homes and exceptional places. From the imperial court of Russia and the sumptuous palaces of Istanbul to the rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, Baccarat illuminates the world and makes life a theater of wonders.
