As usual, the Grand-Hotel du Cap-Ferrat welcomes motor sports fans to the Monaco Grand Prix.

For the event, Didier Aniès, Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2000, Chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant Le Cap, has devised a bespoke menu deployed “in 4 acts”, served for dinner on May 23, 24 and 25. The finest market produce is garnished, accompanied and enhanced by tasty and original ingredients, carefully selected by the Chef.
