The PRINCE DE GALLES’ Pastry Chef, NICOLAS PACIELLO, imagines a surprising Easter egg. A sense of surprise, re and the two majestic golden bronzes designed by PIERRE-YVES ROCHON as emblems of the Prince of Wales, which take pride of place at the main entrance.

It’s this unexpected signature that Nicolas Paciello reinterprets with L’ŒUF.
Its chocolate shell is adorned with lemon tree leaves in 64% cocoa dark chocolate from Madagascar. This gold-covered foliage honors the nobility of a sophisticated creation in perfect symbiosis with the decor of this LUXURY HOUSE.
The heart of the Easter egg is ANGEL CAKE, a divine name for a light cake. A tasty Menton lemon cream covers a soft, gourmet sponge cake, offering taste buds a blend of textures.
A gustatory delight, with a veritable explosion on the palate, where fruity notes subtly mingle with the bitterness of dark chocolate.
