Prêt-à-porter Femme Spring Summer 2014 Fashion Week opened with a presentation by Lucien Pellat-Finet.
Her new collection, in heavenly colors, was presented in the heart of the Etienne Marcel district.
Pop culture, the movement that inspires the creator, could be felt and ensured a good mood from that first morning.
Skull and crossbones prints, the designer’s signature motif, and “Peace & Love” symbols, mixed or unmixed on military and animal backgrounds, floated among a range of bright colors, such as blue, yellow and coral.
A guaranteed climb to paradise, with Lucien Pellat-Finet’s favorite fabric, cashmere.
Accessories rounded out the collection: tote bags, scarves, eyewear and jewelry brought a real spirit of colorful vacation to the new season.
As an interesting privilege, we had the chance to select the pieces to be worn on the two mannequins present. Choosing one’s own look, with one’s own tastes, at a time like this, is a great experience that allows us to appreciate the designer’s minimalist cuts, while noting the quality of the materials used.
