MARDISES are cooked on demand, in front of you, using a new patented cooking tool. And what about tradition? A choice of “Supplier Members”: Sarasin IGP Bretagne, Echiré dairy products, Prince de Paris ham… Buckwheat (naturally gluten-free) and wheat doughs made every day according to ancestral recipes.
A name: MARDI, a reference to the Mardi Gras tradition of getting together with family and friends for pancakes!
