A few weeks ago, we took part in the opening of an exceptional venue in Biarritz. A real challenge, this renaissance has given rise to one of the finest establishments in the region.
The Regina Biarritz’s history and architectural origins lie in the Second Empire. Completed in 1907, it is in the Belle Epoque style. During the Roaring Twenties, an Art Deco glass roof was added, overlooking the central patio. Today, the glass roof is the jewel in the hotel’s crown. In the 1950s, the hotel’s inimitable style made it one of the world’s hottest spots, before it fell into disuse.
