With the warm weather approaching, Harley-Davidson today unveils its new Summer Collection, designed to offer bikers greater functionality, versatility and durability.
This collection draws its inspiration from the great sandy deserts and beaches of Baja California, in northern Mexico. The adventurous spirit of this region permeates the aesthetics, colors and heat-appropriate functionality of this range, allowing rider and passenger to display their originality and enjoy temperate pleasure.
Absorption and evacuation solutions regulate body temperature and improve air circulation for relaxed riding on long summer days. Harley-Davidson’s Switchback Technology is the ultimate solution, offering versatility to jackets in both the men’s and women’s collections. These jackets feature a slot that allows bikers to remove an insulating panel in warm weather and replace it in cooler conditions for greater comfort on the road.
What’s more, technological performance and innovation continue to express themselves through this range of motorcycle equipment and casual clothing. The Roadworn leather jacket features Harley-Davidson’s Triple Vent System, with three strategically placed vents on each side of the body for efficient, adjustable air circulation.
The new additions to the Summer 2015 Collection dedicated to women include heat-appropriate motorcycle gear and casual clothing whose materials, patterns and bright colors assert their uniqueness. The Dark Shadows leather jacket is a lightweight model in faded cowhide leather, adorned with embroidered motifs and rhinestone embellishments on the back to assert a fashionable personality.
The collection also marks the introduction of the new coldblack protection technology, which reduces heat build-up and effectively insulates against UV rays, enabling better thermal management and limiting the effects of heat on the body.
