Every year, the Lutetia bar reinvents itself to offer its customers something new and creative. For this season, Lutetia head bartender Gilles Guyomarch has created a collection of original cocktails combining “mixology and gastronomy“.
A collection of cocktails allowing guests to select their type of elixir: classic, premium or top shelf. In this way, the new menu offers the opportunity to experience tastings at a crescendo. Because today the art of drinking better in all circumstances and the art of entertaining are paramount, the Lutetia hotel has called on Johann Bouard, the benchmark of bar culture, to bring the new concepts of mixology and bar gastronomy to its legendary establishment. To accompany these creations, customers can enjoy small pots to nibble on (Transmontanus caviar ball, eggplant caviar with pine nuts, etc.) or gourmet dishes to share (club sandwich and board of Basque cochonnailles).
Signature cocktails include the “Spiced Bloody Mary…Very amazing drink”, featuring garlic-marinated vodka, cherry tomato, black radish mustard, lemon juice, celery and fresh tomato juice. The more feminine “L’After diner cocktail crème brulée Martini” blends vanilla vodka, caramel liqueur and cream. You’ll also find non-alcoholic cocktails, such as the “Cocktail à la mode, façon Colette” a tasty blend of mint and fresh strawberries, lime, Monin gum syrup and sparkling water.
