France’s top fashion houses celebrate 80 years of LACOSTE

Prestigious French fashion houses join Lacoste in celebrating its 80th anniversary. Lacoste invited nine French fashion houses to join in the celebration. Each brand offered the crocodile an exclusive and unique gift, a friendly token to the world of Lacoste. These exceptional objects are symbols of the know-how, expertise and mastery of gesture of these great names in French luxury. They are an extraordinary tribute to 80 years of elegance, innovation and excellence.

The crocodile’s birthday party illuminated by a Baccarat creation: a crystal vase inspired by tennis and golf trophies.

Jeweler Boucheron has created two unique brooches inspired by the legendary crocodile, set with diamonds and emeralds.

The legendary Bernardaud golf brand has chosen to offer a range of 27 crocodile tees, each in a different color, directly inspired by the Lacoste polo palette.

The Christofle brand has drawn on its family heritage to create an exceptional silver golf club for exceptional players.

Pastry chef Fauchon paid tribute to the brand with the house’s signature pastry, an éclair dressed in green, magenta and white, offering a range of 4 original, gourmet creations.

French trunk-maker Goyard offered a travel bag, combining the logo of each of the two houses, the crocodile and the stylized herringbone monogram, perfectly illustrating the traditional savoir-faire of the house.

The S.T. Dupont is offering a magnificent box containing a “ligne 2” lighter, two candles, a notebook and a set of pens.

For the occasion, Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin created a unique champagne cart, paying tribute to the brand’s golfing history.

Finally, the famous Hermes house offers Lacoste a sublime tennis bag in green crocodile.

 

All these objects will be on display from June 9 to 16 at COLETTE 213 rue Saint-honoré in the 1st arrondissement of Paris.
