Bar Les Ambassadeurs, nestled in the heart of the iconic Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel in Paris, introduces a new era of mixology with its spring cocktail menu, “A Sense of Taste, Spring Harvest”. From March 24, 2024, visitors will be able to immerse themselves in an unprecedented sensory and gustatory journey, discovering the subtleties of seasonal produce through a selection of 15 new cocktails.

A Celebration of Spring Flavors

Under the creative direction of Kevin Rigault, each cocktail has been meticulously crafted to highlight distinct flavors ranging from lemon to asparagus, beet to artichoke, not forgetting chamomile and flower root. Ingredients less conventional in the cocktail world, such as rhubarb, strawberry, tomato and lavender, are also explored, offering equally refined alcohol-free options.

Art and Mixology Meet

Innovation doesn’t stop at flavors; Bar Les Ambassadeurs also incorporates artificial intelligence to create vibrant, abstract visuals to accompany each drink. These AI-generated works of art invite guests to free interpretation, enriching the sensory experience by engaging sight alongside taste and smell.

An Immersive and Unique Experience

This seasonal renewal affirms the Hôtel de Crillon’s innovative mixology identity, promising an unprecedented sensory experience in a sumptuous setting. The Bar Les Ambassadeurs is positioning itself as a forerunner in the art of celebrating the seasons through cocktails, marking each visit with moments of discovery and pleasure.

The Hôtel de Crillon, located on Place de la Concorde, continues to distinguish itself not only by its heritage and elegance, but also by its ability to innovate and surprise its guests. The Ambassadeurs spring cocktails are a perfect illustration of this, inviting Parisians and travelers from all over the world to rediscover the simple, ephemeral joys of the season.
