THE TULUM BATHS!

This winter, from December 29, 2018 to March 3, 2019, Les Bains is teaming up with the Papaya Playa Project hotel to open LES BAINS CABARET and LES BAINS RIVAGE, two new, ephemeral venues in Tulum, Mexico.

Counterculture, bohemian spirit, yoga by the sea, art and music festivals, shamans and Mayan pyramids: a mystical, festive spirit hangs over this village in the state of Quintana Roo, east of the Yucatan, frequented by creative types from New York, LA, Mexico City, London and Paris.

The PPP is a luxury eco-responsible hotel on the edge of the Mayan jungle, set on a white sand beach in this hippie chic resort on the Caribbean coast, to which it has made a major contribution. Like Les Bains, it favors music, culture and festivities, such as its famous Fêtes de la Pleine Lune. The Pop-Up Les Bains project was born of this common spirit between Jean- Pierre Marois and Emilio Heredia, the owners of these two institutions, and follows an invitation from the latter.

Les Bains Cabaret

A cabaret under a vast Palapa, a traditional thatched-roof construction, designed by Denis Montel, (Agence RDAI), already responsible for the spectacular, multi-award-winning design of the Les Bains restaurant in Paris. A French menu designed by Bruno Grossi, chef at Roxo aux Bains. And above all, a show designed and directed by Brian Scott Bradley (formerly of Casino de Paris and Crazy Horse) in the spirit of Parisian revues, revisited in the tropics, with dancers, musicians and DJs.

Monday to Saturday 7 pm – 1 am

A casual, elegant beach restaurant with mattresses, restaurant and bar. A slight enclave with minimal environmental impact, on a kilometer-long sandy shore. Deliberately old-fashioned decoration in natural materials, a Mediterranean menu, an oyster bar and a permanent DJ.

7 days a week 10am – 8pm
