The new heroine of Yanina Couture’s Spring-Summer 2018 Collection is beautiful. She
can be an artist, actress, singer, writer or businesswoman. She has style and a certain
nostalgia for the 50s. Modern, accomplished in business and in her career,
she is autonomous and confident.
She spends her winters in Gstaad or Saint Moritz and her summers in Ibiza or Saint-Tropez, but does not
know love… Her universe is monochrome. She wears only black, which for her
represents classicism, self-assertion, perfection and elegance.
This collection is inspired by Ibiza’s nature. Variations of plants, such as the leaves
of palm trees and vines, run across the walls. We find the fabrics favored by
the house: silk taffeta, tulle, velvet, silk chiffon with the creation of unusual
textures and 3D effects of the elements. It seems as if the embroidery patterns come to life
on the dresses, and as you look at this beauty, you think of the fabulous sunny island
of Ibiza, where a woman is always free and loved!!
