Thrown into the Labyrinth to perish as a sacrifice with 13 other young men and women, Theseus was saved by Ariadne, who fell in love with him and gave him the thread that enabled him to escape the Labyrinth after defeating the Minotaur.

Metal alloys (brass, fine gold) sublimate natural materials such as coral collected in authorized fishing zones in Spain, worked shells, reconstituted turquoise, red agate, leather and also a few faceted Austrian crystal beads designed to highlight the technical work of Venetian crystal. With original motifs, but also precision work including gold leaf, pure silver worked with a blowtorch and vaporized into silver oxides, which are fixed in the glass, giving it iridescent colors ranging from pearly white, to gold, to deep blues that only appear in contact with light. Finally, a varnish treatment is applied to ensure that the jewelry will stand the test of time.
Ariane’s inspiration comes from Greek antiquity, in the form of these shoulder pads and ring bracelets, like skeletons of elegant armor… By projecting us into this fantasized past, Ariane unwinds the thread that connects us to the modern world, including in her timeless creations eyes from Naxos with designs she has created uniquely to ward off all evil spells, veritable pearls of joy.
Ariadne’s thread led us to happiness…
