The sharp, festive Monsieur Bleu restaurant has been transformed into a lush Provencal garden by the Peyrassol commandery, medal-winning specialists in organic rosé. This ephemeral place of refinement is an ode to hedonism, its main mission being to seduce each of your senses.

True to its biodiversity genesis, Peyrassol has immersed the Palais de Tokyo’s popular terrace overlooking the Seine in dense Mediterranean greenery. An olfactory immersion made from lavender flowers, thyme, olive, lemon and other essences, in a place reminiscent of a village square, where tree branches are adorned with garlands of lights. At the center of the square is a circular bench painted black, where you can enjoy these fragrant scents and perfumes for a moment with friends or an after-dinner drink. An original scenography by Les Mauvaises Graines.

This context lends itself perfectly to a tasting of rosé, which we all appreciate this summer for its freshness and lightness, unlike its big brother, red, which is more ceremonial. The Peyrassol bar offers refreshing white and rosé wines from an exceptional terroir: Clos Peyrassol, Commanderie de Peyrassol and Château Peyrassol. An opportunity to discover and taste fruity, well-balanced wines with complex, refined aromas.

And if all that wasn’t worth the detour, the artist Bertrand Lavier, whose works are exhibited in the Commanderie’s magnificent contemporary art sculpture park, has signed a limited-edition bottle of rosé for the estate: Peyrassol par Bertrand Lavier. Lavier designed the silkscreen on the bottles of this cuvée, which he personally selected for its qualities. A sneak preview.

Monsieur Bleu has called on the chef of trendy table Ô Divin to make your mouth water. A mishmash of Provençal amuse-bouches, grilled marinated octopus, burrata, sardine terrine and herb tabbouleh, among other delights, will round off your dining experience.
The Peyrassol terrace at Monsieur Bleu will be open every day until the last days of the Indian summer… A festive atmosphere on Thursdays, Fridays and the eve of public holidays, spurred on by Monsieur Bleu’s resident DJ to further stir minds and bodies.
