New sensuality from Prabal Gurung! From the very first model, this powder-white silk crepe dress with lace and embroidery, slit at the front and worn over a loose-fitting gray duffle coat, Prabal Gurung has captivated his audience. The designer wanted this new sensuality for his entire collection. Delicate sheaths follow one another, finely crafted with transparency effects and hand-embroidered with sequins and Swarovski crystals. A certain purity emanates from the show, reinforced by the choice of colors like these alabaster-inspired whites, seen in the Adirondack Mountains where Prabal Gurung found his inspiration. However, Gurung didn’t forget knit sweaters or large, wrap-around coats. He even added a black tuxedo with guipure lace inserts. A rather dressy wardrobe, but so feminine and glamorous. Of particular note: the creamy-white dress worn by Jamie Bochert, with its plunging V-neckline in the back.
