Mani
is opening its second bakery/restaurant in Paris, on rue de la Boëtie in the heart of the 8th arrondissement, and we strongly recommend that food lovers take a look!
What is Mani ? Quite simply, a restaurant where you can eat fast and well. But what else? A restaurant worthy of a gourmet restaurant, where you can eat with your fingers – yes, you read that right, with your fingers. Finger food, yes, but with Michelin-starred chef Romuald Royer!
The concept is the brainchild of Romuald Royer, chef and owner of the restaurant. Why the name Mani, you may ask? Manimeans “hands” in Corsican. So there you have it: the hands, the essential element of this place, Romuald’s hands that cook you tasty dishes, and your little fingers to enjoy them.
You can buy delicious bread made from organic Corsican flour, have an invigorating breakfast, take a gourmet meal to the office or enjoy a colorful salad or crispy sandwich on the spot, if you have the time.
Romuald will prepare his own culinary creations in front of you, always with the detail that sublimates the taste buds. Stop by soon to taste original flavors revisited, such as his brioche croque monsieur mille-feuille, or the Mediterranean octopus burger. A true delight, I assure you.
Are your mouth watering and your fingers ready to draw? Then stop by Maniopen Monday to Friday, 7am to 8pm, 31 rue de la Boétie in the 8th arrondissement.
Enjoy your meal.
