“PARISIENNES EN DS”, A NEW EXHIBITION AT DS WORLD PARIS
Who better than Parisian women to embody DS? From Wednesday, September 17, 2014, Baudouin, the artist photographer, takes over DS WORLD PARIS with an exclusive exhibition “Les parisiennes en DS”. At the heart of this unique venue dedicated to the world of the DS Brand, 12 portraits of Parisian women, drivers or enthusiasts of DS cars, will be on display.

Since its inauguration in November 2013, DS WORLD PARIS has been inviting designers and talents to make its space their own, offering artistic residencies under the banner of Parisian luxury and French savoir-faire. After welcoming hair artist Charlie Le Mindu, pastry chef Philippe Conticini and designer Marianne Guedin, it’s now the turn of Baudouin, the audacious portrait painter, to take over the DS WORLD PARIS.
From Wednesday, September 17, 2014, visitors will be able to discover the “Parisiennes en DS” exhibition. Designed exclusively for DS WORLD PARIS, it features 12 portraits of Parisian women who drive or are passionate about DS cars. The muses photographed in their own world have all been won over by the Brand, and while some collect vintage DS cars, others are seduced by the current models – DS 3, DS 3 CABRIO, DS 4 or DS 5 -. The artist’s work for DS WORLD PARIS follows on from his “75 Parisiennes” project, whose muses were already Parisian women photographed in their interiors. “For Les Parisiennes en DS, I was very inspired by the diversity of these women from all walks of life, each embodying, in their own way, the spirit of Paris, the spirit of DS,” explains Baudouin.
For Julien Faux, Director of DS WORLD PARIS, “this exhibition is a nod to the Parisian origins of DS.
