Le Saint James Paris opens from June 5 to September 30 an ephemeral rosé bar you won’t want to leave.
Le Saint James boasts a magnificent 300 m² terrace set in the heart of the garden, with its astonishing hot-air balloons featuring panther and flower motifs.
Enjoy delicious cocktails, carefully selected wines, champagne and pink pastries, all in a bucolic setting blending elegance and extravagance.
Sommelier Micael Morais has selected two vintages: a Côtes de Provence Château D’Esclans, served in a jeroboam, fresh and elegant, and an IGP Collines Rhodaniennes with the sweet name of “La vigne en rose”, Domaine du Monteillet, with a perfume of red fruits and spicy notes.
For those who prefer cocktails, this summer Le Saint James Paris welcomes a new head bartender, Judicaël Noël, who has concocted two summer cocktails for the event:
the “Pink Panthère”, combining vodka, coconut liqueur, ginger and strawberries, and the “Rose des Vents”, where pineapple juice blends with cranberry, raspberry and basil for an original alcohol-free cocktail.

Newly-awarded chef Virginie Basselot has also been inspired by this beautiful color, and has come up with some delicate recipes combining noble products and seasonal fruits and vegetables. This summer’s Bar menu will feature Carpaccio de gambas, beet coulis and crisp vegetables, Foie gras de canard mi-cuit, strawberry chutney and Beaujolais rosé, and Tartare de bœuf charolais aux baies roses, mesclun et frites maison. Gourmets won’t be outdone by Pastry Chef Mathias Alet’s mouth-watering Raspberry Macaron with light Timut pepper cream, subtle lemon and grapefruit scents.
