Everyone knows O’Neill, this surf-style fashion brand is an institution, but what is less well known is its more fashionable collections such as the Adventure Series, the O’Riginals collection and the very surprising O’Neill X Pendleton collaboration.

O’riginal’s: Ever since our founder Jack O’Neill invented the first wetsuit in 1952, originality has been part of our DNA. Like a shaper patiently shaping a surfboard, the O’Riginals collection draws its inspiration from refined craftsmanship and authentic design. Particular emphasis is placed on style and detail, using vintage-washed premium fabrics, special labels, cut-outs and finishes. All the ingredients are combined in an original range, featuring more slimfit cuts and a highly refined aesthetic.

Adventure Series is designed for modern-day world explorers looking for new experiences in the mountains, in the city and on the coast. This line is the result of O’Neill’s commitment to innovation. It offers a range of functional lifestyle garments combining cutting-edge technologies, such as Firewall and Hyperdry, with a timeless street look. For the AW14 season, inspiration is drawn from vintage and military styles: key models are parkas and anoraks, adorned with fur details and linings printed with old maps and archive photos. Its heritage color palette ranges from burnt orange to flashy yellow, and is injected with other autumnal hues such as faded black, roibois red, brown and military green.

O’Neill X Pendleton: O’Neill has a great history of keeping people warm in the water… and Pendleton Woolen Mills, with its high-quality wool products, has been doing the same on land for 150 years. O’Neill and Pendleton have created a collection of premium products, all destined to become future classics. Pendleton’s historic wool cuts are applied to trendy designs, with finishes that respect O’Neill’s authentic, innovative style.
