If you want to discover France in a different way and get off the beaten tourist track, this website is for you! WonderfulTime.com offers new and unusual experiences. Launched in beta version in November, the site is now accessible worldwide.

Vive la France!

French know-how and the art of living are in the spotlight. From crafts and fashion to wine and gastronomy, everything that makes France who it is is represented. The concept: discover France’s heritage through extraordinary activities and exceptional encounters. An original idea that favors exchanges and human ties.

Stéphanie Hajjar, founder of the WonderfulTime.com website, shares her love of France. Her aim is to offer tourists a luxurious experience: ” Although France is the world’s number one tourist destination, it has not yet created enough high-end propositions (…) for many visitors, whether Francophiles or simply curious to discover the jewels of French know-how. WonderfulTime responds to this demand by reenchanting people, not places. “.

The human relationship is really the basis of the project. The experts are carefully chosen. They are people who are recognized in their professions, who are motivated, and who want to pass on their passion.

Colorful characters:

The site offers a whole catalog of activities and encounters. You can immerse yourself in the bakery of France’s best craftsman, immerse yourself in the life of Coco Chanel thanks to a fashion historian, or put yourself in the shoes of an auctioneer to understand the world of auctions. Different profiles, for a wide range of possibilities.

Talents are identified directly on the site by their first name. It’s a way of creating an emotional bond between tourists and experts right from the start. For example, you can meet Lionel, who opens the doors of his personal cellar. A collector of old bottles, he owns emblematic wines such as a Margaux from 1900 or a Latour from 1870. This visit provides an introduction to the history of wine, a veritable French heritage institution. A 120-minute visit in the heart of the capital.

How does it work?

Experiences are offered exclusively on the website. Registration is easy: just choose the activity of your choice and fill in the form. Tours are only available in English and French.

The site is aimed at both French and foreign visitors who want to discover or rediscover France. Of course, this rare and privileged moment isn’t free: you’ll need to pay between 100 and 300 euros.
