For the twelfth year, Jaeger-LeCoultre is honored to be a partner of the Venice International Film Festival, whose 73rd edition takes place from August 31 to September 10, 2016. To mark this landmark event in the world of cinema, the Grande Maison is highlighting its latest jewellery creations.
Lavish, mysterious, enchanting, Venice inspires the artisans of the Manufacture with its unique charm and history. Jaeger-LeCoultre has linked itself to its cultural richness by participating in the restoration of the Scuola Grande di San Rocco, a brotherhood covered in paintings by Tintoretto and dear to the hearts of the Venetians. The Venice Film Festival is also an opportunity for the Grande Maison to pay tribute to the creative genius of filmmakers by awarding the “Glory to the Filmmaker” prize.
Galvanized by the wonderful atmosphere of the City of the Doges, Jaeger-LeCoultre presents its latest jewelry creations, which pay intense and luminous homage to femininity.
Reverso One High Jewellery
A treasure of femininity in its setting of light, the Reverso One High Jewelry watch in white gold is inspired by the first Reverso ladies’ watches of the 1930s, offering women a true jewel on the wrist.
Jaeger-LeCoultre’s artisan jeweler has used all his expertise to set the baguette diamonds that adorn this jewel-watch. Taking up the Reverso’s emblematic gadroon motif, three rows of diamonds frame its face. The watch’s stretcher is worked in two different finishes, like rays of light accompanying the reversal of the case.
Slightly rounded, hand-drawn Arabic numerals grace the mother-of-pearl dial. A face of softness, sublimated by the purity of the surrounding diamonds.
Thanks to the Duetto concept, this watch has another face on its reverse. On the deep black aventurine dial, as if glittered with stardust, diamonds outline the hour and minute indicators, blossoming like celestial rays.
Rendez-Vous Moon
When plant beauty meets celestial depth… The Rendez-Vous Moon watch in white gold combines the jewellery and watchmaking expertise of Jaeger-LeCoultre craftsmen to offer women a jewel as if descended from the heavens.
The mysterious, mother-of-pearl moon is revealed in its large indicator at 6 o’clock. In the midst of a starry sky, it distills its delicate reflections for the pleasure of dreamers.
Like the night of a summer sky, the Grand Feu enamel dial reveals thousands of stars. The enamelling craftsman has sprinkled micro-chips of silver over the entire surface to create this celestial impression. Hand-painted, the ivy leaves seem to invade the sky, like a symbol of eternal love.
Evoking the brilliance of the stars, brilliant-cut diamonds set the bezel, lugs and crowns of the case. A star sliding around the dial and adjustable by one of the crowns indicates the time of your next appointment.
Rendez-Vous Secret
A jeweler’s treasure, the Rendez-Vous Secret watch in white gold is inspired by a Jaeger-LeCoultre model from the 1960s. It showcases the House’s miniaturization skills behind the marriage of mother-of-pearl and precious stones.

Like a flower with white and pink petals, the watch’s cover features marquise-cut diamonds, pink sapphires and brilliant-cut rubies. Two rows of brilliant-cut diamonds make up the bracelet, which gracefully hugs the wrist.
A secret watch, it guards the mystery of time under its cover. It is only gently opened to reveal the time on the dial. As if frozen by mother-of-pearl, ivy leaves appear on the dial. Symbolizing eternal love, they distill their moiré reflections around the emblematic numerals of the Rendez-Vous line.
