Kanye West has teamed up with adidas for a new Fall/Winter collection: Originals YEEZY Season 1.
In a sober, serious setting, mannequins stand upright, as if facing everyday life, wearing clothes and shoes from the collection. The lines change with the light, leaving the viewer time to contemplate each piece.
Embodying contemporary life, this collection offers “a trump card for life” as Kanye West suggests.
It’s also an opportunity to preview the rapper’s forthcoming unreleased album with the track “Wolves”.
Many celebrities were present for this exclusive presentation at New York Fashion Week, including the famous editor Anna Wintour, Kim Kardashian West, Beyoncé, Jay-Z, Rihanna, P. Diddy and Justin Bieber, as well as adidas athletes John Wall and Von Miller.
