The new Angelina Spring-Summer 2014 gourmet collection
On the occasion of the 3rd edition of the Club des Gourmandes Angelina, the range of “classic” pastries is completed by a new Spring-Summer 2014 collection whose delicacies are each more delectable than the last.
- La Maison Angelina,
Representing the Haute Couture of patisserie, the new delicacies can be compared to sublime pieces of art. A renowned Parisian address, Maison Angelina has been making gourmets’ dreams come true for 110 years, as illustrated by the world-famous Mont-Blanc.

Twice a year, the Maison’s pastry chefs give free rein to their imagination, reinterpreting the finest seasonal produce for an ephemeral collection. The collection pays tribute to the freshness of summer fruits in a delicious marriage of vanilla and light cream.
Suspend your summer diet for a moment and enjoy a moment of pure pleasure with : Le Cheescake – crunchy shortbread, madeleine cookie, apricot confit and cream cheese – La Tarte Pêche-Vanille – sweet pastry, almond cream, peach compote – La Courtisane– macaroon cookie with light Earl Grey tea cream, red fruit compote – Le Mont-Blanc Fraise-Vanille – Meringue, Bourbon vanilla chantilly, strawberry heart, chestnut cream vermicelli.. as well as other equally original, elegant and colorful pastries.


- Le Club des Gourmandes,
A biannual gathering of women, or rather gourmands, who want to experience new things and meet new people, around sublimely delicious Angelina cakes. Gourmandise is a way of life, a state of mind embraced by women from all walks of life. This select club today inducted six lucky ladies: Alix Baboin Jaubert (wine and food journalist with Art de vivre); Elise Delprat (culinary author with Larousse); Vanessa Demouy (actress) Eve-Marie Zizza-Lalu (editor-in-chief of Régal); Stéphanie Cléry-Guittet (head of Art de vivre at télé 7 jours) and China Moses (jazz singer).
