Inspired by a shared vision of fashion and style, the collection of these two designers reveals a perfume of French elegance, casual, chic and effortless.
It’s the very Birkinian allure of a childlike woman with youthful beauty and sensual grace that we find in this morning-to-night wearable collection.
The clean lines and clean cuts of the six Jeanne Damas & Nathalie Dumeix silhouettes reflect a simplicity not devoid of character and contrast.
1. Black 60’s crepe minidress (€195) to wear with patent babys with heels.
2. Flared, buttoned mini skirt with large pockets in mottled wool (€145) and oversized cashmere sweater (€280).
3. Cropped jacket in faux foal (€350) (also available in black houndstooth and ecru in wool cloth €275) with short flared skirt in amber browns.
4. Mottled wool trouser suit for daytime (€225).
5. Straight trench borrowed from the 60th with wise collar. (340 €) and pumpy cashmere sweater in mottled denim blue.
6. Croco print Box sweater 260€ worn with black mini skirt or chimney neck sweater: 250€.
All in warm colors: Autumn Leaf, Caramel, Amber Brown, Roux , Noisette and also Noir , Noir/ecru and Gris combined with noble materials: silk crepe, heavy wool crepe, mottled wool gabardine, 100% Cashmere.
The challenge was to be chic without overdoing it; a true Parisienne.
