To the Lyonnais, a traffic jam in Paris

Located just a stone’s throw from the Place de la Bourse, “Aux Lyonnais” is a solid brasserie under the Alain Ducasse umbrella. Authentic Lyonnais cuisine in a cinema setting!
The room

The room

The room has been left as it was. A real cinema set. Moleskin benches, vintage posters that take us back to childhood. The chef is confident and knows his stuff. For starters, the foie gras is perfect with a small Gones salad. The menu offers a fine panorama of Lyonnais cuisine.
The chicken fricassee is perfect. A solid dish. Cooked just right. The vegetables are tasty and crunchy. A real treat. The sommelier is very approachable and doesn’t hesitate to give a good explanation of each wine served: Bourgogne, Château-Neuf-du Pape, Condrieu. A fine range of wines to accompany this cuisine. For dessert, the chou au beurre salé is divine.
As a result, this Parisian bistro has established itself as a landmark for traditional cuisine in Paris. The chef successfully reinterprets Lyonnais cuisine, adding a modern touch that makes it lighter, more accessible and even tastier. True to Alain Ducasse’s philosophy, he gives pride of place to the finest and finest produce.
The result: conviviality, authenticity and generosity! Values dear to Lyonnais cuisine
