Founded by two friends Julien Guillot and Yves Puong, www.sodezign.com is an online retailer of contemporary furniture, lighting and decorative accessories. It has just opened its first Parisian boutique at 111 rue Oberkampf in the 11th arrondissement.
Yves and Julien honed their expertise and exacting standards at trade fairs around the world, in search of the products that would make up the future Sodezign collection. Over the years, they have succeeded in building up a network of trusted, quality manufacturers and an exclusive selection of brand-name products with strong design credentials at affordable prices.
The 60m2 boutique, entirely redesigned as a showroom, is divided into two areas.
The first area, with light grey walls and Bolon flooring, ends in a glass roof with black frames, and asserts a radical, contemporary spirit. The second space is designed as an apartment lounge with an alcove. An intimate atmosphere is created by walls and ceiling painted entirely in green, but also by oak parquet flooring. A niche houses a touchscreen for discovering and obtaining information on all the products offered on the sodezign.com online store.
