For Champagne Louis Roederer, the partnership with the Palais de Tokyo coincided with the birth of its Foundation.

For Louis Roederer, it was as much a matter of course as it was a joy to take part in this formidable creative hotbed, one of the most fertile and jubilant in the world. For over ten years, Roederer’s involvement has given fresh impetus and openness to a patronage already rich in associations with the BnF, with festivals in New York, Paris, Aix-en-Provence, London and Deauville, and with major artists such as Sophie Calle, Bettina Rheims, Stéphane Couturier, JR, Jean-Michel Alberola and Raymond Depardon. These exhilarating years have earned the beautiful Maison rémoise the distinction of Grand Mécène de la Culture.

“Jean-Michel Alberola is our friend. It’s because of him and thanks to Jean de Loisy that we got closer to the Palais de Tokyo. Alberola opened the doors of his “Chambre des Instructions” to us, a great opportunity to join the Palais’ circle of patrons.
We’ve always been very sensitive to his visionary and playful way of living his art. We, too, like to nourish our daily inspiration without ever interrupting our conversation with nature, our tension towards the work-wine.
So, facilitating “L’aventure des détails”, this exceptional moment at the Palais de Tokyo, was an obvious choice, almost a family affair!”
Michel Janneau, General Secretary of the Louis Roederer Foundation and Deputy Managing Director of Louis Roederer.
