For this new collection, artistic director Marcel Marongiu for Guy Laroche, invited us to the Palais des Beaux Arts in Paris during this Fall Winter 2014-2015 Fashion Week.
La Femme Guy Laroche is a real woman, and an assertive one at that. Elegant and discreet, her fashion is minimalist yet chic, sober yet contemporary. The pieces on show are structured, with clean edges, light ruffles and modern embroidery. Prints are sophisticated and visually appealing.
The models’ hair is airy and breezy. Make-up is natural and luminous, giving the look of the chic Laroche woman an impenetrable intensity that is unique to the House.
The colors of this new collection are brown, charcoal black, camel and duck blue. Once again, resolutely chic colors for a woman who’s just as chic.
