THE WINTER CAPSULE
There’s the tiger… and there’s the bear. As the year draws to a close, KENZO continues to celebrate one of its major inspirations – wildlife – by honoring a much-loved animal: the polar bear. Thus was born the Winter capsule. Using an archival print from the 90s, the “polar bear” motif adds its cool, fun touch. Jacket, sweatshirt, hoodie, T-shirt and accessories form a wardrobe worthy of a winter fairytale. Resolutely “outerwear”, this capsule combines technical materials and ultra-soft mohair with ultra-contemporary, stylized motifs: close-ups of polar bears in arctic tones of snow white or glacier gray.
