1/3 Suze
2/3 hot chocolate
You can also add a little cinnamon to taste and whipped cream.
Suze has signed a collaboration with chocolate and pastry chef Sébastien Bouillet. He decided to create a bouchée with the sweet name of “Paris-Lyon” (he is originally from the city of Lyon) reminiscent of the traditional “Paris-Brest”. The bouchée contains milk chocolate mousse, chocolate cookie, cream and lemon confit, crispy shortbread and a little Suze.
This dessert is available as a cake to share or as a verrine on request.
