For the fourth year running, Bucherer is celebrating the creativity, excellence and expertise of the watchmaking Houses, by organizing the 2017 edition of the “Bucherer Watch Award”.
Experts and enlightened connoisseurs elected their favourite model from a selection of 30 timepieces*, chosen by a Jury made up of leading figures from the watchmaking world and collectors.
Bucherer is pleased to announce the winner of the 2017 edition: the “NEO BRIDGES” watch, by Girard-Perregaux.
This fourth edition of the “Bucherer Watch Award” honors a renowned Manufacture and illustrates craftsmanship, boldness and innovation in the watch industry.

At the confluence of two worlds combining tradition and innovation, the Neo Bridges takes up the architectural codes
of the famous Tourbillon sous Trois Ponts d’Or, which received first prize for the Esmeralda model at the Universal Exhibition of
Paris in 1889. The new GP08400 caliber is at one with the titanium case, and the minimalist dial combined with the transparent
sapphire crystal caseback reveal this fascinating 208-component mechanism.
The winning watch will be on display on the store’s first floor until December 31, 2017.
